Loving this session!! A beautiful engagement session. Such a lovely way to get to know a couple before photographing their wedding : )

I’ve been photographing this little man since he was just 4 weeks old. This time round though he can walk. Well he can run - in the opposite direction : ) And trust me to find the only location in Albury with a massive puddle - in the middle of summer - with a two year old boy.

Savannah is the littlest queen of comebacks : ) We always get off to a tentative start, a messy middle and then she finishes on a high.
Love the flashes of tiny little teeth and that huge grin. I have to admit though - I do love her serious look as well.

A little hit of colour for today. Loving the lush green and hot pink!!
Miss Talesha worked it in front of the camera and was quite good at entertaining us when she was behind it as well : )

My neice, Charlotte at 7.25 years : ) You would think that having a grandfather and an aunt who are both photographers she would be one very photographed little girl. I’m ashamed to admit the last time I photographed my little neice she was 4.

I do so love seeing my past bride and grooms come back with their new babes : )

For years now I have wanted to do this shoot. I thought I was going to have to wait a few more years when it started raining as I pulled out of my driveway. Too late to cancel we decided to go ahead and make it happen before the weather got any worse. We ended up with a 45 minute window of beautiful light and weather - it began to pour rain as we drove away. I am ever so grateful for such wonderful clients who let me try something a little different every now and then : )

ceremony - albury botanical gardens, albury
reception - rydges, albury
flowers - flowers naturally, albury

these two weren’t even the main subjects of my shoot this day ; ) while we waited for others to arrive we used our time well. Given the way they looked by the end it was a very good decision - it was very sticky and blue : )

At one stage I asked Mason (in the green) to hug Ryder - Ryder looked at me strangely then lifted his arms over his head and hugged himself : ) so darn cute!!!!
