{ models needed } this weekend!!!

As if I’m not busy enough already : ) …I am in the process of updating our studio displays and looking for new willing models : ) As a result I am on the lookout for some mini models for a creative, stylized shoot this weekend - the 4th and 5th of September. I’m looking for children between 2 and 5, they must be totally gorgeous, easy going and full of personality : ) Parents must be willing to sign a model release so that the resulting images can be used for studio display and our website. The session will be completely free and you will have a choice of a studio credit for prints or a cd of 10 high res images. Please email me briony@hardingephotography.com.au if you are interested, and if you can, please include some photos of your children with your email.

We may also have a concept ideal for a 9-10 month old baby. Bub must be sitting by themselves and need no support. Again if interested, please shoot through an email.

{ studio closed - briefly }

I am photographing on location every morning this week - Monday 30th Agust through to Friday 3rd September. As a result the studio will be closed until 1.30pm each day. I will be a little slower returning calls or emails but I will get there : ) September is going to be a very very busy month!

There was a very ’stripey’ theme for Olivers 7 month photos. He came with a fantastic stripe filled wardrobe - it was fantastic to have so much choice!
I love his little red stripey monkey too - and by the looks of it so does Oliver : )

You can never be sure what is going to happen when it comes to doing kids together. It rarely - if ever - goes to plan. But then thats the fun of it! There was much fighting over who got to hold bub and more than just a little bribery involved - but the results were well worth it.
I have no doubts that little Banjo will be one very loved boy : )

This is the beautiful and much loved Banjo. And he carries his age well : ) Banjo was three months old in these photographs ( he was born quite a few weeks early ). And all he wanted to do was sleep - and of course we needed him awake : )

There are some beautiful images with Banjo and his sisters and brother - but they deserve a whole post of their own.

Whenever we want sleeping bubs they are wide awake and when we want them to be awake all they want to do is sleep : )
Elian was the wide awake kind and just three weeks old when he visited. Luckily I had more patience than he did.

I love this image of Lochie : ) he did smile for me - but there is something about this one that is just beautiful. He was certainly a poser! And little Jemma giggled and laughed for her photos - I love that we were able to use her blanket in her portraits.

I can not believe that these images were shot in the middle of July - middle of winter!! You could never tell. It was the most beautiful sunny afternoon. Bec and Craig will be getting married in later this year. We were lucky enough to get a gorgeous afternoon to catch up and meet the family. More of their story to come in October…
