Whenever we want sleeping bubs they are wide awake and when we want them to be awake all they want to do is sleep : )
Elian was the wide awake kind and just three weeks old when he visited. Luckily I had more patience than he did.
Below are the birth announcements that were designed from his shoot…I had to wait for them to go out before I could share : )
The beautiful miss Audrey…just six weeks old…and with the most gorgeous crop of hair.
She even had time for a quick snooze in the middle of the session : )
Unlike his poster boy brother : ) Will did not want to sleep - there was just so much to see and absorb. But we persisted and it paid off. Wills newborn session took place on the same day mums maternity session had been scheduled - just he was on the outside instead : )

She looks like a little doll - dont be fooled though - Ruby made us work very very hard. But all so worth it.

Little miss C was such a peaceful little bub. She slept so soundly and looked so very peaceful. She even had a little hint of a smile : )
Juneaux…such a beautiful name - and perfectly suited to this beautiful little babe. She slept soundly the entire time…she didn’t stir at being naked…she didn’t soil any of my blankets : ) It really doesn’t get much better. I love the fact that we could include the blanket that Juneaux’s mum had knitted for her, keeping things just that little more personal and unique.
Baby Jack fought me for a while - actually a really long time - he just did NOT want to sleep. We persisted and the results were simply perfect. LOVE these images.
This little man is just so beautiful. Even after he peed all over me I couldn’t help falling for him.
And that hair - just divine!
Five days old and absolute perfection.
I am just a wee bit behind with my posts at the moment.
Whilst I posted this bubs newborns, I completely missed the maternity, so making up for it now.
And yes we knew it was going to be a girl so we could get away with the pink background : )
And of course one of dad with his new daughter just a few weeks later…
Hudson was a beautiful little model - he slept soundly and didn’t fuss as we moved him around.
Doesn’t he have the most perfect little baby bottom? So cute : )
